Atlanta: easy to get there, easy to get around...
Hyatt Regency Atlanta is located at the Peachtree Center (Peachtree Ctr. N1) Marta Station.  The number of stops from the airport to the Peachtree Center Marta Station is 8 stops.  The station is located right under the Hyatt.

Convention Transportation

Bus transportation will be provided to the Foundation Golf Tournament and Live Auction, the DMAI Leadership Event and the DMAI Former Chairs’ Dinner. Downtown Sightseeing, Atlanta CityPass
Within blocks of the convention hotel, you can enjoy several notable attractions, including: Centennial Olympic Park, one of the most popular spots in the city which features the world's largest Olympic Ring fountain and hosts concerts, family activities, and festivals; the Georgia Aquarium, the world's largest aquarium, and the only facility outside of Asia to house whale sharks, the world's largest fish; Inside CNN Atlanta, providing an up-close look at global news in the making; and the World of Coca-Cola, which displays more than 1,200 never-before-seen artifacts related to Coca-Cola and offers visitors nearly 70 different variations of Coke to sample from around the world.  Atlanta CityPass is a valuable collection of six of the most visited and loved Atlanta attractions - including the aquarium, CNN, and Coca-Cola - that saves visitors up to 50% off participating attractions.  CityPass can be purchased here or at participating attractions.

Midtown
Midtown offers a blend of dining, cultural attractions and nightlife in an urban setting with the comfort of an increasingly residential area.  Known as the heart of the arts in Atlanta, Midtown houses the Atlanta Botanical Garden (a hidden gem, offering stunning views of the Atlanta skyline and a glimpse of the world's rarest orchids), Piedmont Park, the Woodruff Arts Center, and the Fox Theater.  The Margaret Mitchell House, where she wrote "Gone with the Wind," is also in Midtown.
 
 
Family Activities
In addition to the downtown sights mentioned, family-friendly activities include: Zoo Atlanta, one of the oldest operating U.S. zoos and the home of pandas, gorillas, and Sumatran tigers; and Imagine It! The Children's Museum of Atlanta, featuring hands-on, colorful exhibits and activities where children can discover and explore how things work in their world.
 
 
Atlanta Freebies
Window shop in Atlantic Station without spending a dime.  Centennial Olympic Park hosts several free events, including Wednesday Wind Down with live music and daily shows at the Fountain of Rings the world's largest interactive fountain, which - four times a day at 12:30 pm, 3:30 pm, 6:30 pm, and 9:00 pm - is choreographed to songs such as Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture and The Beatles' Twist and ShoutMartin Luther King Jr. Historic Site includes tours of Dr. King's birth home, Ebenezer Baptist Church, his final resting place, and the Visitor Center exhibiting civil rights memorabilia.  In Midtown, Flicks on 5th showcases recent motion pictures at Technology Square on Wednesday nights in July.
